BANANA DAIQUIRI

Classic mojito

Ingredients

– 2 oz All Ships Rise At High Tide Coconut Rum
– 1 cup ice
– 1 oz pineapple juice
– 1 oz cream of coconut

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a Maraschino cherry. Head to the nearest hammock.

– 1.5 oz All Ships Rise At High Tide Banana Rum
– 1 cup ice
– 1 small ripe banana
– 1/2 oz triple sec
– 1/2 oz lime juice
– 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • In a blender add the ice, rum, banana, triple sec, lime juice and sugar.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass.

Ingredients

– 1.5 oz All Ships Rise At High Tide White Rum
– 1 cup ice
– 1/2 cup club soda
– 2 tablespoons white sugar
– 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
– 8 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Using a collins glass, muddle mint leaves until aromatic.
  • Add the lime wedges and sugar and muddle again.
  • Add the ice and pour in the rum.
  • Fill the glass almost to the top with club soda.
